Setup:  Thursday September 10, 2026 from 9:00am to 2:00 pm and 4:00pm to 9:00 pm

Fair Hours of Operation:  

Friday September 11, 2026: 12:00 (noon) – 9:00 pm

Saturday September 12, 2026: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

Sunday September 13, 2026:  9:00 am – 6:00pm

Vendors are required to stay for the entire fair unless released by the Vendor Coordinator or Fair Board President.

No one may set-up inside tables/booths before Thursday September 10, 2026.

Outside Vendors please contact the vendor Coordinator if you plan to be on the grounds prior to Thursday September 10.
