Setup: Thursday September 4, 2025 from 9:00am to 2:00 pm and 4:00pm to 9:00 pm
Friday September 5, 2025 morning 9:00am prior to11:00 am
Fair Hours of Operation:
Friday September 5, 2025: 12:00 (noon) – 9:00 pm
Saturday September 6, 2025: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sunday September 7, 2025: 9:00 am – 6:00pm
Vendors are required to stay for the entire fair unless released by the Vendor Coordinator.
No one may set-up inside tables/booths before Thursday September 4, 2025.
No trailers will be allowed onto the grounds before Thursday, or they will be subject to a $50 per day fee.
